A powder paint extravaganza is taking over the District on day one, followed by a celebration of the best American and Hispanic acts on day two.

A powerful celebration of North & South American music and cultures across all genres.
Get ready for incredible tribute performances with full bands, special guest acts, and local youth talent in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month.
